There is something so captivating about drawing. I begin with complete nothingness… a white sheet of paper, sometime no larger then the size of my hand. At that very moment I am equal to every artist that has come before me. I find it challenging and exhilarating every time I get in the ring. It is in some ways a battle. Sometimes I win. Sometimes I don’t. But I can’t give up – I am driven to pick up my ink pen and start that journey of creating, by the need and determination to share my unique vision of the world. My passion for art began with a blank paper at the age of 8 and the feeling of creating from my minds eye was fascinating from start to finish. From my very first drawing of "The Plummer", described a man over whelmed by many leaking pipes. Most of the pipes were tide with ripped cloth. From that time learning the art of detail and vertical, horizontal lines improved my ability to draw landscapes using ink pens.The art of showing as much detail shows in all my paintings till this present day. I began drawing with a ink pen instead of a pencil. Learning how to creat landscapes, trees, branches, leaves and grass. The projects I set for my self were done over many times.
